Mental Health Unmasked thrives at the heart of community. We are a community of Mental Health enthusiasts, advocates, professionals, and ambassadors gathering together to share knowledge, advocate for the cause, and promote wellness within our communities to break stigma and live our best lives!
At Mental Health Unmasked (MHU), we believe in the power of community to ensure healing, support, and growth. Whether you're an artist, student, professional, or someone simply navigating life, you're not alone. Our community is here for you so as to learn, share, and unmask the conversations around mental health together.
On one Thursday every month, we hold our MHU Community Sessions which are safe, open virtual gatherings where we discuss key mental health topics. These sessions are designed to be inclusive and engaging, often featuring guest speakers, storytellers, mental health professionals, and lived-experience advocates from across the world.
Topics range from managing anxiety and burnout, to mental health in the arts, to navigating relationships and self-worth. It’s a space to speak, listen, and grow together. You don’t need to be an expert — just come as you are.
